Antron Dillon has picked up a pair of new scholarship offers
and scheduled official visits with both schools.
Dillon (6-5, 210, 4.5) will visit Vanderbilt on Jan. 10 and Memphis on
Jan. 24. He'll sandwich a trip to Louisiana-Monroe between those. He made a
visit to Southeastern Louisiana this past weekend.
"Those are the main four right now," he said. "I'm kind of keeping the
fifth one open in case anyone else offers me.
"All those teams are pretty even, but I like Vanderbilt. They've been
calling a lot lately. Coach (Warren) Belin, their linebackers coach, called
me today to talk about some stuff, help me set up my official visit. I'm
looking forward to going up there and checking everything out, especially
their academics."
He's also had calls from Auburn, Ole Miss, Grambling and
Louisiana-Lafayette in recent weeks.
Dillon was an all-district selection as a senior at Independence HS,
recording 65 tackles and 15 sacks.
