Louisiana DE set to visits Texas Tech
Shreveport (La.) Evangel Christian defensive end Zach Schreiber has quietly stated his case as one of the top overall prospects in the Pelican State. He has an impressive list of offers and is having a huge senior season.
“I am still planning to take my official visit to Texas Tech this weekend to see them play Texas,” Schreiber said. “This will be my first visit period so far this season, official or unofficial.”

At only 6-foot-2, 220 pounds Schreiber’s specialty is pass rushing with this 4.6 second 40-yard dash time.
“I still have my official visit for Alabama set up for November 19,” Schreiber said. “I am working on setting up a visit with Oklahoma for late November. I would say that Southern Miss and San Diego State are the other two schools in my top five and will probably get my other official visits.”
As a junior he racked up 75 tackles, 28 tackles for loss, 14 sacks, one interception and five recovered fumbles earned all-district, all-city and all-state honors in one of the toughest regions in the state.
“I plan on taking all of my official visits,” Schreiber said. “I don’t plan on committing on any of the visits, even if I really like a school.”
So far this season Schreiber has 35 tackles, 15 tackles for loss and 10 sacks.
