Louisiana DB makes pick
Metairie (La.) East Jefferson two-star safety Michael Cox is heading to Tulane, according to his coach.
“He has committed to Tulane,” said Jefferson coach Henry Rando. “He’s a really good player that was highly recruited, and he’ll be a good fit for them.”

Tulane wins out over West Virginia and Indiana, plus interest from Arkansas, Michigan State and Ole Miss.
Cox missed much of his junior season because of an ankle injury.
