Lore went to Temple last weekend, to see the Owls take on the Pitt Panthers. What did he think of the trip?
“It was good,” he commented. “I met some of the team before the game and I met all the coaches.” On a scale of one to ten, however, Temple fell below his previous trip to West Virginia.
“I would say a six, because the field isn’t right on campus, and they’re moving out of the Big East,” he explained. “West Virginia was a lot better, a better football atmosphere around the town and campus.” Western Michigan is the latest school to become interested in him, and he may be visiting their campus soon.
Although schools are continuing to show interest in the 6-foot-4, 245 pound prospect with a 4.7-second 40-yard dash time, Chris is still waiting on his first offer.
“Well, West Virginia said they were going to wait to offer me, because they are waiting for a local kid to commit and they don’t know what he’s going to do,” he commented. Western Michigan wants to get him in on a visit before making any decisions.
Lore is in prep school and will have no problems qualifying academically. He has already scored a 1,050 on the SAT.
