Sammie Long has an offer from Washington and it has always been one of his dream schools but the Lakewood (Wash.) Lakes wide receiver still wants to take his time with recruiting.
"It's a great offer," Long said.
"I like it because it's close to home and it's a place I wanted to go ever since I was little so it's kind of big to me. Even though it's a place that I've always wanted to go I'm going to keep all my options open because you never know what's going to happen."

Long, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound prospect, said he believes another offer could be coming soon but doesn't want to divulge the name of the school just yet.
So far, Long is also hearing from UCLA, Washington State, Georgia Tech, Purdue, Utah, Oregon State, Oregon and Cal.
"What I've been told is I should be getting another one soon but the school is still anonymous," Long said.
This past recruiting cycle five-star offensive tackle Zach Banner and four-star athlete Cedric Dozier came out of Lakewood Lakes and Long said he'd strongly consider playing with either of them but it's not an absolute priority.
"I see that as a small influence," Long said. "I still want to pick where I want to go myself but if I did go anywhere and it was with one of my teammates it would be one of them. It's kind of still early for me."
Long plans to attend a lot of camps this off-season but isn't sure where yet along with the Badger Sport 7-on-7 event in Las Vegas that's coming up in March.
In his junior season, Long finished with 20 receptions for 266 yards and five touchdowns averaging more than 13 yards per catch.
