Lomax leaning to the Dawgs

Over the weekend defensive end Jeremy Lomax had an opportunity to take an official visit to Indiana. Unfortunately for the Hoosiers, a different school remains at the top of his list.
"Georgia is my leader," said Lomax. "At least for the time being. The visit to Indiana was really nice and it didn't hurt them at all. It's a place I could see myself. But right now Georgia has got to be number one. They have such a good coaching staff and it's a known nationally as a great football program. I think they'll be good as long as Coach Richt is there. He's a really great guy."

The 6-foot-5, 220-pound defensive end from Lovejoy, Georgia plans on bulking up between now and his freshman season, but it remains somewhat unknown as to whether he will be better suited on the defensive line or at linebacker.
Several other schools contact Lomax weekly, and he isn't saying 'no' to anyone just yet.
"I still really like Kentucky, NC State, Virginia, Tennessee, Wisconsin and a couple of other schools. They're all in the hunt right now. It's a little disappointing that I can't visit all of them officially," he laughed.
Lomax has already visited Virginia and Indiana, and has visits scheduled to NC State (Dec. 5), Louisville (Dec. 12) and Tennessee (Jan. 17). He also plans on unofficially visiting Georgia sometime in early January.
