Logan Thomas takes an unofficial

Lynchburg (Va.) Brookville School junior athlete Logan Thomas is still sitting on three scholarships. The 6-foot-6, 215-pounder recently took an unofficial visit to one of the schools last weekend for a junior day.
"I still have offers from Virginia, Wake Forest and Virginia Tech," he said. "I just got back from Wake Forest and I liked it. It was a nice campus and they have great academics. I'm not leaning towards anyone, but they are very nice guys."

Thomas plans to take another unofficial this coming weekend to North Carolina.
With no true favorites, what is Thomas looking for in a school?
"I want a great school with great academics and good school spirit," he said. "I also want a good program that I can get along with the players and coaches."
Thomas has been looked at for a number of positions on both sides of the ball. Does he have a preference?
"I'd rather play the offensive side of the ball. It's not really a big deal either quarterback or wide receiver."
Plenty of other colleges are starting to jump into the picture for the talented Central Virginia star including Alabama, Stanford, Clemson, Georgia Tech and Miami.
Thomas plans to attend three camps this summer. One is scheduled to Stanford on June 22nd through the 24th, a second is in the works for Miami and the third is still up in the air.
