Offers continue to pile up for 6-foot-6, 215-pound athlete Logan Thomas out of Lynchburg (Va.) Brookville School. The Commonwealth prospect is up to 11 offers with his latest one coming from the SEC.
"I got an offer yesterday from Auburn," he said. "I was excited for that one. I want to see what they have to offer me. I know they run a pro-style offense and would use me as a slot type."
Meanwhile, Thomas just came back from an unofficial to Wake Forest.
"It was a good trip," he said. "It was my first time to see them play. I learned how they are playing.
"We watched some practice and film. I chatted with the coaches and saw how I'd be used as a tight end/wide receiver type. It was nice. I enjoyed the practice and I could see myself fitting in there."
While in Winston-Salem, the Rivals250 prospect met with Coach Grobe and his staff.
"I pretty much talked to all of them. Coach Grobe is a cool guy."
Next up for Thomas is a trip Saturday to Tennessee and then to North Carolina for the Nike Camp on May 2nd.
