Lockdown corner Chad Green has offers

One of the best cornerback prospects that Rivals100 West has seen this season is Chad Green (6-0, 175, 4.4) from Van Nuys (Calif.) Birmingham. D-I schools seem to be in agreement as has offers from a nice list of schools.
Rivals100 was in attendance when Birmingham played southern California powerhouse Newhall (Calif.) Hart. Green and his Birmingham teammates gave Hart all they could handle that night.

The score was 14-14 into the fourth quarter when Hart blindsided Birmingham quarterback Ryan Lombardo who coughed up the football and Hart picked up the loose football and brought the turnover to the house to break the tie to take 21-14.
Hart scored one more touchdown late contest and won the game 28-14.
Green proved this what tremendous recovery speed he has as he broke up at least two passes on the night and made several big league open field tackles.
Green is also starting as a wide receiver this season and he has been very impressive catching the ball and things happen once he gets the ball in his hands. So far this season Green has over 20 catches for approximately 400 yards and six touchdowns.
Green has only one pick this season because teams have been haven’t been throwing his way all season.
When you see Green in action it is understandable why opponents try to avoid his area like one would avoid the plague. He is very speedy, tough, aggressive and physical. Green is a terrific hitter who made a couple of bone crunching hits the night we were in attendance. Another notable attribute of Green’s is he was a sure open field tackler.
ASU, Washington, Washington State, and Oregon State are recruiting Green as an athlete. Cal and Kansas like him as a wide receiver while LSU, Nebraska and Oregon are recruiting him as a cornerback.
Green has offers from LSU, Washington, Washington State, Oregon State, Cal, ASU and Kansas.
What is Green looking for in a school?
“A good education is first and foremost,” Green said. “I hope to get a chance to play early at a school that has a good college environment and a school that has solid community and faculty support.”
Green will take his SAT on November 2nd. Look for him to start setting up visits at that time.
