Liverpool down to two

Teaneck (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep three-star cornerback / wide receiver Marquis Liverpool visited Boston College over the weekend and really enjoyed his trip. He has now narrowed his choices to two and hopes to have a final decision soon.
“It went great,” he commented on his latest visit. “They have a great education. They have a rich tradition in education and graduate a lot of kids.

“They also have a beautiful campus.” He was hosted by junior wide receiver Grant Adams but refused to rate his trip.
Marquis visited Virginia earlier this month, and said the two schools he has now visited will fight it out for his signature.
“It is down to those two,” he said. “I am not going to take any more visits. I have been thinking about when I will commit, but it will probably be next month. I just want to go where I fit in the best.”
Marquis stands 5-foot-10, weighs 180 pounds, runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds, and boasts a 36-inch vertical leap. Rated as the No. 20 cornerback in the country by Rivals.com, he caught 40 passes for 800 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior.
