Livas set to visit two

For all intents and purposes, Houma (La.) South Terrebonne all-purpose back Phillip Livas appears to be down to two programs. He will make official visits to one in-state program and one out-of-state program during the coming weeks.
"I had to change my visit to Louisiana Tech for this weekend," Livas said. "I will take my visit to Southern Mississippi on Feb. 2."

Both the Bulldogs and Golden Eagles have offered Livas in writing.
"Both schools have a good chance to land me," he said. "It depends on my visits."
Livas is going to be looking closely at a number of aspects of each program.
"I want to meet the coaches, players, see the campus and all that stuff," he said. "Southern Miss' coaches are pretty cool and I like their program. Louisiana Tech's coaches came by recently,
too."
Livas added that he could visit Louisiana-Monroe or Louisiana-Lafayette as well.
The three-star rated Livas is one of the fastest prospects in the Pelican State in this year's class. The 5-foot-8, 163-pounder ran a blistering 4.3 second 40-yard dash at the Baton Rouge NIKE Camp in early May.
