Little with big offer

Drew Little is a big quarterback prospect from McDonough (Ga.) Henry County High School. Little, 6-6 and 240 pounds, got his first offer last month from Georgia State. Last night he received his second. This one was from Boston College.
"The head coach (Jeff Jagodzinski) called me last night and offered me," Little said. "BC came to watch me play so I knew they were interested. They have been straight up with me. Matt Ryan was a first round draft pick and I know the head coach and offensive coordinator have coaches a lot of great quarterbacks. Coach came from the NFL so you know these guys have great experience."

Little is scheduled to take his official visit to Boston College on October 11th. There, he is hoping to find the right things in the Eagles.
"I am really looking forward to that official visit. It's a weekend where they don't play so I know I will get to spend a lot of time with the coaches. I want to learn about their offense and try and get a connection with the staff and players.
"I know this is just a stepping stone. I am so proud to get an offer like this. I hope it works out but right now I want to just concentrate on this season. I am a senior, we have a good team that has worked hard. I just want to go deep in the playoffs and win a state championship. College and my decision will all come in time."
Little also received a phone call from Arkansas and Florida State this past week. He's a quarterback to keep an eye on. Little is talented and has a big arm. He also has some super wide receivers to throw to like Jamal Patterson (Stanford commitment) and will once again put up monster numbers this season. Last year as a junior he threw for over 3,100 yards and 41 scores. As a sophomore Little threw for over 1,900 yards and 18 touchdowns.
