Little posting big numbers

Drew Little is one of the top quarterback prospects from the Peach State. Little, 6-6 and 240 pounds, plays for McDonough (Ga.) Henry County High School. Little is on track to potentially break some major records for the state of Georgia. He has currently passed for 8,064 (career) yards and 88 touchdown passes with two regular remaining. The all-time record is 9.060 yards. Little once threw for 515 yards versus Perry High School last season.
"He's got a chance," Henry County coach Rex Roberson said. "Nobody really knows just what Drew has done here but it's been amazing. He can really throw the football"

As a freshman Little threw for 911 yards and five scores in five games. As a sophomore Little had a breakout season, throwing for 1,896 yards and 22 touchdown passes. Last season as a junior he threw for 3,172 yards and 41 scores. This season he has thrown for 2,105 yards and 20 touchdown passes in eight games.
Little currently has two scholarship offers, one from Boston College and one from Georgia State. He was the first ever offer for Georgia State. He recently took an official visit to see the Eagles when they hosted Virginia Tech.
"It was a different culture but I know Drew really enjoyed it. They won the game and showed a real good environment. The coaches were great to him and they were first class all the way. Boston College was impressive."
Henry County is 7-1 on the season. Their lone loss was to Union Grove. They play Macon (Ga.) Howard High School this weekend.
