Linebacker looking to set trips

Linebacker Devohn Moutra (6-0, 218, 4.6) from Gardena, Calif., has had a solid senior season. He worked hard in the off-season and lost some weight and that has improved his overall quickness. He tipped the scale last April in the 240 range and now he's a slender 218.
So far on the season, Moutra has 74 tackles, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries (one that he returned for a touchdown) and one interception.

Moutra is a very intense football and plays on hard on every down.
Though Moutra doesn't have any offers on the table yet; Colorado, Oregon, Oregon State, USC and UCLA have been calling.
"I'm trying to set up a visit with Colorado over the Thanksgiving break," Moutra said. "I'm also trying to set up a visit to Oregon."
"I went to a football camp at Colorado and I liked the atmosphere of the school," Moutra said. "The coaches at Colorado seem to care about you as a person and talk to you about life and not just football."
"I like Oregon because think I can fit into their defensive scheme," Moutra said. "Oregon is also talking to me about playing me as a strong safety."
"I think could also be a good fit with UCLA's defensive scheme."
Moutra and his Gardena teammates have made the playoffs and will take on the very tough Los Angeles (Calif.) Crenshaw this Thursday (Nov. 17).
