The proximity of South Florida to his home, along with the Bulls BCS conference affiliation, was very appealing to Lewis, the nation's No. 10 dual-threat quarterback prospect.

The facilities and atmosphere at South Florida also were intriguing.
"They have great facilities," Lewis said. "It was a great atmosphere with the players and coaches."
Lewis has previously visited Pittsburgh (Dec. 2) and TCU (Dec. 16). He is scheduled to visit Duke next weekend.
