Lenoir ready for Big 10 trip

Deommodore Lenoir is one of the top 2017 cornerbacks in the country and he already has an impressive offer list.
Over the coming weeks it could get even stronger.

The Los Angeles Salesian four-star plans to visit Ohio State in the coming weeks and an offer from the Buckeyes would definitely be something special.
"That would be big for him," Salesian coach D'Vah Thomas said. "Them or Michigan or Michigan State would be big. We have to see how he likes it."
Oregon has also been showing a good deal of interest in the four-star prospect along with Louisville and others so Lenoir's recruitment is really just starting to take off.
As for early favorites, UCLA is still in strong position because the Bruins have been involved for so long and Lenoir has developed a strong relationship with position coach Demetrice Martin and others on the staff.
"UCLA is right there," Thomas said. "They're still up there high."
Arizona State, Boise State, Boston College, Cal, Colorado, Miami, Oklahoma, Oregon State, Tennessee, UCLA, Utah, Washington and Washington State have offered so far.
Lenoir recently worked out at the USC Rising Stars Camp and did well but the Trojans have not offered yet.
Thomas said a bunch of schools have recently been in contact so over the next few weeks - especially after Lenoir's trip to Ohio State - they will see how the chips fall heading into his junior season.
"It's still up in the air," Thomas said. "A lot of schools have been calling."
