"The trip there was good. Basically I toured the school and watched one of their spring practices. They are recruiting me as a cornerback and I watched the defensive backs. They were good and about my size, some were even smaller. I like the schemes they ran."
While in Storrs, LeGrande met with Randy Edsall.
"I spoke with coach Edsall and sat in on a meeting," he said. "He is just a great guy that is down-to-earth and straight forward. I had a couple laughs with him."
The Empire State prospect currently is working hard in preparation for the Nike Camp at Rutgers.
"I'm just doing training and running getting myself ready for that," he said. "Once that is done I'll look int more visits this summer. I do know I'm going to Penn State for camp."
