LB to watch for 2010

Jake Holland is a 2010 linebacker prospect from Pelham (Ala.) High School. Holland, 6-1 and 215 pounds, has over 30 tackles in their first two games.

"Jake has great instincts and a nose for the ball," said Pelham head coach Brett Burnett. "He runs well and has started for us since his sophomore year. He's getting bigger and stronger and has a good first two games for us. Jake just needs to continue to improve, get bigger and stronger and work on coverage."

This weekend they face Hoover (Ala.) Spain Park High School. Clemson and UAB have inquired so far regarding Holland.

This past weekend Holland made an unofficial visit to watch UAB host Tulsa.
