LB Strizak looking ahead

With five quality offers already in his back pocket Mike Strizak may be tempted to sit back and enjoy the recruiting process while just waiting to see what other schools might come along.
To be sure, Strizak would love to pick up more offers and he doesn't seem to be in a hurry to make a decision.

That said, he's planning on making good use of his time in the coming weeks, so expect him to take a few visits to some of the schools that have been involved with him thus far.
"I think I'll go to Miami, UNC and maybe Maryland," Strizak explained.
"I don't know when the Miami visit it. Maryland is March 5 and UNC is April 9. I believe those are junior days."
Strizak said he hasn't had a lot of contact with coaches lately but he has been receiving a good bit of mail, including invitations to those events for juniors.
He is listed as having offers from Boston College, Maryland, North Carolina, Pittsburgh and Rutgers, but Strizak regularly says he doesn't know what schools have offered because written offers cannot be extended yet.
He's not sure when he will be making a decision.
"I'm not really sure," he said. "I'm going to wait until I feel 100-percent confident in a smart decision of where I will spend my next four years."
The 6-foot-2, 228-pound linebacker figures to be one of the top prospects in the Garden State from the Class of 2012.
