LB Stallings eyes officials

Three-star linebacker Rhakeem Stallings has narrowed his list. The 6-foot-0, 210-pounder claims a top five and is starting to work on official visits.
"I have narrowed my list down to Western Michigan, Florida Atlantic, James Madison, Ball State and old Dominion, those are my top five right now," he said. "I'm still hearing from other schools, I recently was hearing from Virginia, Maryland and of course Virginia Tech. They are all still waiting on film and to see how I perform against Gilman."

Stallings is on the verge of setting up trips.
"I know Western Michigan told me they want me to visit for the Nicholls State game on September 10th, I'm trying to schedule a visit for FAU," he said. "Also, James Madison wanted me down on September 10th for their game and Old Dominion is local."
If more offers don't come, Stallings claims he is inclined to make a decision soon.
However, he still wants to see how the season opens up especially with a huge season opener against one of Maryland's top teams in Gilman.
"They're one of the top schools in the nation, a great program with great athletes," he said. "We're trying to go up there and focus as a team, try to go up and get the job done. We believed we can go up there and come back to Virginia with a W. It starts with the leaders on the team and I'm one of them, I've got to step up and play."
