LB Names Top Four
“My four leaders right now are West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and N.C. State,” said Rudolph Foye, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound inside linebacker from Newport News (Va.) Heritage. “ I guess you could say West Virginia is in the lead, but only by a little.”
Foye has an offer from West Virginia but has always favored the home-state Cavaliers. Asked if any other schools still have a chance, Foye replied, “Yes, Marshall calls me a couple times and UConn calls me a bunch. They are both possibilities as well.”

Marshall and UConn have offered as well. Foye put up some impressive defensive numbers this year.
“I had over 20 sacks and around 92 tackles,” he said.
