Rutgers, Michigan, Virginia and Boston College are on the top of the list for one of the top outside linebackers in the country. Jermaine Dias from Hackensack, N.J. is considered by many to be the top linebacker in New Jersey and possibly the entire Northeast this year.
The 6-foot-2, 220-pound stud has 17 offers at this time including his four favorites as well as the 2001 national champion Miami Hurricanes. He also has offers from the following schools -- Maryland, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Iowa, North Carolina State, West Virginia, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Michigan, Duke, Wake Forest and Central Florida.
"My top four are solid for now, but things can change. I'm not sure who the fifth is at this time, but if I had to take my visits now I would go to Rutgers, BC, Michigan and UVA."

As a junior, Dias had 86 tackles with 23 of them for losses. He also registered 12 sacks and forced five fumbles. His combination of speed and athleticism has most schools looking at him as an outside linebacker while others think he could be a standout defensive end.
