LB looks to commit

"Ohio State called on Tuesday night," linebacker Reggie Smith said. "They said they were going to offer. Then I got a written letter yesterday."
"I just have to qualify academically. I need to raise my test score and my GPA a little."
"I'm going to commit to Ohio State. Maybe next week. Maybe the week after. Sooner or later. I just have to qualify."
"I went to the Ohio State-Michigan game. I've never seen anything like it. I talked to coach Tressel and coach Tucker. And coach Snyder and Dantonio. And I talked to some players. It was nice."
The 6-foot-2 and 225 pounder from East Cleveland (Ohio) Shaw made 120 tackles including 17 sacks during his senior season. He has offers from Iowa, Boston College, Virginia, Maryland, Michigan State, and others.
