LB focuses on three teams

Marrero (La.) Shaw linebacker Cameron Vaughn has had a list of teams from all over the nation chasing after him, but it looks like his list has reduced to three teams.
"It's looking more and more like I have a top three and that's probably all that I'm going to visit," Vaughn, who is 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, said.

"I'm set to visit Notre Dame on Dec. 7," Vaughn said. "Then I'm going to check out LSU on Jan. 11 and Texas on Jan. 18. I might still look at Tennessee or a few others, but it's pretty much those three guys."
So does any single team standout in that top three?
"Not really," Vaughn said. "I promised myself that I would take my trips and see what happens then."
When asked what he liked most about his final three, Vaughn had to pause and think for a second, but then he fired back with excellent and in-depth answers.
"LSU is the home school," Vaughn said. "They're moving up the SEC and will be competing for national titles in the future. They've also improved their academics, and I feel good about where they're going.
"Texas is also a big-time program. They are playing for the Big 12 Championship and it still has a shot at the national title. At Notre Dame, they have all of that tradition and it's a good academic school."
