Waldorf (Md.) North Point linebacker Conner Crowell has added his second scholarship in the past week. The latest offer comes for the 6-foot-1, 215-pounder from the Big East.
"I got an offer from West Virginia last week," he said. "I was supposed to go down there for the basketball game, but I couldn't make it. I called Coach Casteel and he told me they were planning to offer and they sent it to me."

"I thought it was great," he said. "I like West Virginia. I've been watching them the past few years and they seem like a good team, but I haven't gotten to visit yet."
Currently Crowell has no visits planned and maintains no favorites.
"Right now I'm just taking it all in," he said. "I'm not favoring anyone.
"I have every weekend booked in February, so I don't have any visits coming up right now."
The Maryland linebacker posted 100 tackles and four interceptions along with eight rushing touchdowns as a junior this past season.
