“I just can't wait for the season to get here," Ryan Bain said. “I've been working out hard this summer, plus we also have been doing some 7 on 7 stuff at our school. I'm just ready to get the pads and play."
Bain is planning to make a handful of unofficial visits this summer, starting on this Sunday to the University of Minnesota.
"I'm going to check out the University of Minnesota on Sunday. One of my friends, Chase Mudd played at Bolingbrook before his Dad was transfered to Minnesota for his job. I'm going to meet up with Chase and he's going to show me around the city and the campus."
"I'm also planning to check out Louisville and Indiana sometime in mid-July. I'm also trying to get to Michigan State on either July 12th, 13th or 14th for an unofficial visit. I'm still not sure if I'll be able to make those dates but I'm going to try to get to see East Lansing this summer."
So has Bain started to narrow down his favorites list?
"I'm still going to try and narrow it down to 10 schools before the start of the season. I would say that Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa and Purdue will make my Top 10 schools list."
