LB Angerer talks time frame

Bettendorf, IA. inside linebacker prospect Pat Angerer (6-foot-1, 215 pounds) was doing what most kids would want to be doing on yet another hot and humid day in the Midwest.
“I'm actually over at a friends house hanging out at his pool," Pat Angerer said. “It's been pretty hot here and we're just relaxing at his pool after working out and getting ready for our senior season today."

Angerer is awaiting several schools to make a summer evaluation, including Penn State.
"I called the coaches at Penn State late last week, and I was told that the coaches won't make any recruiting decisions until Coach Paterno returns from his vacation towards the end of July."
Has Angerer started to receive any added recruiting pressure from schools that have already offered his at this point?
"No, not at all. Since the coaches can't call you don't hear anything from them, but I've also checked in with a few schools and they seem more than willing to wait for me to make my decision."
Also don't look for Pat Angerer to make his final college choice anytime soon.
"For now I'm in no hurry to make my final choice. I want to be 100 percent sure on which school I choose, and for now I'm looking at making a few official visits before I decide on a school. I figure that this will be the most important decision I've had to make so far in my life, so why not be sure?"
Angerer is also thinking that Bettendorf could be in store for a big 2004 season.
"We finished at 9-2 last year and made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs, and we were all juniors last year. This team is working hard and we're a close group, and I have a good feeling about this team."
Pat Angerer has offers from Iowa State, Iowa, Indiana and Northern Illinois.
