Latu focused on three, high on two

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Gilbert (Ariz.) Perry offensive center Mo Latu is a 6-foot-3, 306-pound offensive lineman who has racked up offers from Arizona State, Colorado State, Hawaii, Missouri, New Mexico State, and Oregon. Three of those schools are in line for visits, with two from the same conference on top.
"Right now the decision is really between three schools - Oregon, Missouri, and ASU," Latu said. "They are all equally battling for No. 1, but right now I am really highly thinking about Oregon and ASU."

As for visits, those will come after the four-star center returns home from the Under Armour All-American Game. He has previously officially visited Arizona State.
"I am going to take the visits when I get back," Latu said. "I don't know the dates yet."
When it comes time to figure out his final destination, the offensive lineman said that he is looking for a place where the staff is welcoming and will develop him for the next level.
"I want a school with tradition and good coaches. The coaching staff is going to be a big deal. The academics are also important as well," Latu said. "All three of the schools have great coaches, but I think I have bonded equally with the Oregon and ASU coaches."
His final decision is likely coming on Signing Day.
"I think I am going to announce on Signing Day," Latu said. "I am going to do what is best for me. I am going to pick the school that best fits me. All three of these schools are great opportunities."
