Latimer down to three

Aurora (Colo.) Gateway outside linebacker Zach Latimer is ready for some fun in the sun.
"I can't wait to get down to Miami this weekend," Latimer said. "I've not been able to wear shorts here in Colorado for about two months, so I'm going to put some shorts on and enjoy the beach and the pretty girls."

Then Latimer - the blue-chip 6-foot-4, 215-pound linebacker - cracked up.
"I am excited about my visit and I will get to war shorts, but it's not all fun and sun on the visits," Latimer said. "I'm looking forward to meeting the players down there and see how they act with each other. I'd like to see how I fit in, too."
Latimer had been leaning toward Oklahoma and Colorado, but it looks like it's developed into a three-team race again - as expected.
"It's Miami, Oklahoma and Colorado," Latimer said. "I can't claim a leader now, and if I did it wouldn't be fair to Miami since I've not seen them.
"I'm hoping to come back from Miami, talk to the coaches from my three schools one more time and then sit down with my family. I should have a decision not too long after that."
