Clemson is making a heavy push and Ohio State should definitely be watched, but the five-star safety just had another phenomenal trip to Georgia and it would be a shocker if he didn’t end up there. Every question was answered. So many commits are recruiting him to Athens. This one just seems to make more and more sense.

“Just an awesome time,” Bolden said.

Tennessee might be too far ahead - or maybe not - because Carter loved his visit to Michigan this past weekend and the coaches told him he could be the next Jabrill Peppers in Ann Arbor. The Chattanooga (Tenn.) Brainerd standout also hit it off with Jacob Oden, Bryce West and others on the visit and loved how the staff treated his family. The Vols are definitely up there but Michigan made its move, although Carter had set his commitment date prior to the trip, which could be telling.

North Carolina made a major impression on the three-star tight end over the weekend, especially with coach Mack Brown and his wife having such a heavy involvement in the program, eating lunch every day with the players and having an open-house policy. That was a big draw for the Melville (N.Y.) St. Anthony’s standout, along with the pitch that Duff would be a big mismatch option in the slot and play a hybrid role. The Tar Heels and Rutgers, along with Miami and others, are standing out most.

The four-star defensive end from Longview (Texas) Pine Tree has been committed to Texas A&M since late last July, but he basically has a top four again and is considering other programs, especially after some recent visits. The Aggies are definitely still right there, but now Florida has made a big push. TCU and Alabama round out the favorites.

The high three-star defensive tackle from Phenix City (Ala.) Central has been committed to Utah since December but a weekend visit has given Faga a whole lot to consider. No flip has happened yet, but it at least is being considered, especially since Faga is drawn to being coached by the best and competing against the best every day. Something else that stood out is that Alabama not only had him in but “showed me the most love.”

LSU and Galloway parted ways over the weekend after the four-star tight end had been committed since last July, and he already has a host of schools showing new interest. Miami, Florida, UCF, Arizona State, Texas and Alabama are now more involved with the Chillicothe, Ohio, standout following his de-commitment from the Tigers.

Could Wisconsin be in line to land Harper, who is just coming off his visit to Madison and has now scheduled his commit date for June 19? The high three-star defensive back from Valley, Ala., loved his time with the current players when he visited Wisconsin and he also enjoyed the community and the new coaching staff so the Badgers do look good. Louisville and Mississippi State are his other standouts.

Clemson has not offered yet but the Tigers are giving off promising signs to the 2025 four-star quarterback from Warner Robins (Ga.) Houston County, and his weekend visit there went great, especially because Hill now thinks highly of new offensive coordinator Garrett Riley. Hill loved being around the coaches and learning from Riley. North Carolina, Alabama, Miami and TCU are others to watch, along with Ole Miss.

Alabama coach Nick Saban spent a lot of time with Jefferson during his trip to Tuscaloosa - and a picture emerged on social media of the two sitting together at dinner - as Saban made a hard pitch to Jefferson that he’s the type of player and person Alabama needs and wants on the roster. That level of attention definitely is playing a big role in the thinking of the four-star receiver from Chattanooga (Tenn.) Baylor School as the Crimson Tide battle Georgia, Tennessee and others for him.

For Knight, his recruitment might be down to Florida State and Miami, with Illinois and Penn State just hanging in there. But the Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) Benjamin School four-star cornerback just had a great visit to Champaign and that gave him something to consider. Out of his finalists, only Illinois had a first-round corner selected, and Knight loved that the coaches told him he could be used at corner, nickel and even possibly safety.

With Demarcus Van Dyke as cornerbacks coach, FIU has a good chance to keep Tarver’s commitment, but things are getting more difficult. The Miami Gardens (Fla.) Tru Prep Academy cornerback just visited Texas A&M this past weekend and he had a great time in College Station. The Aggies and Maryland are the biggest threats to flip him at this point.

The three-star receiver from Syracuse (N.Y.) Christian Brothers recently backed off his pledge to the Orange and is coming off a great visit to Michigan State. In East Lansing, Torrence loved hanging around the players and felt like he was already on the team and he appreciated the honesty of the coaching staff. But Rutgers is definitely another to watch here, and he will visit Boston College at the end of the month. Syracuse isn’t out of it, since he will visit there again this weekend.

Florida, Georgia and UCF have been the top three for the 2025 defensive end from Tallahassee (Fla.) Rickards, but after visiting for camp recently Florida State has jumped into that top group as well. Wiggins lives right down the road from campus, but maybe even more importantly, the 2025 standout saw a high level of talent at the recent workout and that has intrigued him more about the Seminoles.
