Lasley not turning down interest

Jordan Lasley remains committed to UCLA but the three-star wide receiver seems at least open to other programs especially cross-town rival USC.
On Friday night after Gardena (Calif.) Serra lost to West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade, Lasley said he hasn't talked with the new USC coaching staff yet but he knows position coach Tee Martin well and the promise is the Trojans are going to keep recruiting him.

And Lasley will listen.
"I'm still probably going to go through with the process," Lasley said. "I'm kind of like in shock right now so I don't really want to think about any of that stuff right now. I'm trying to get over this loss and just move on.
"I'm going to take some time, re-evaluate, take a step back and look at my options. I'm going to talk to my parents and enjoy the all-star games and stuff like that and go from there."
Lasley, who's been committed to UCLA since late June, has a good relationship with Martin and that could go a long way as the Serra wide receiver looks at his options.
New USC coach Steve Sarkisian and Lasley don't know each other too well but Lasley said he knows of Sarkisian's reputation and he's interested in learning more. An official visit to USC is expected at some point.
"Coach Tee Martin has been in contact with me saying he will stay and he will continue to keep recruiting me and I'm excited about my recruiting process from this day on," Lasley said.
"I don't know Sark very well but I do know Sark scores a lot of points and he's all about his guys and he's all about his offense. I'm excited about the recruiting process."
