"I called Ohio State last night and told them. I called Michigan just a little bit ago.
"I actually played a little trick on Ohio State. I told Doc Tressel I was going to Michigan. He said how disappointed he was, that they really wanted me. Then I told him I was really committing to Ohio State."
Larimore's decision was a difficult one between the Buckeyes and Wolverines. However in the end he went with his heart.
"I think Ohio State is overall a better fit for me," he said. "The schools are so similar, it was hard. But it's just something about Ohio State I love. I think it's a good decision for me."
The 6-foot-3 and 265-pound Larimore led his team to an 11-3 record during his senior season. He played defensive tackle and offensive guard, but will play on defense in college.
