Langford switches his commitment

It had been rumored for more than a week now, but the cat is finally out of the bag. After making an early commitment to Indiana, Detroit Cass Tech two-star cornerback Allen Langford has had a change of heart.
“I switched to Wisconsin,” Langford, who is 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, said. “I felt both Indiana and Wisconsin were offering the same opportunity for me to come in and see early playing time, but when I took my visit to Wisconsin, I just felt so much more comfortable.”

Langford visited Indiana back on December 5 and then was at Wisconsin on December 19. He talked about the Badgers’ future improvements in facilities and other factors that led for him to make the switch.
“The whole area around the campus was beautiful,” he said. “I also enjoyed talking to all the coaches, and I just really got a great feeling from them and the players. I made the right decision.”
