Lane Sets More Visits
Virginia Beach (Va.) Salem wide receiver Shannon Lane has two more official visits scheduled and the same leader.
"Tennessee is still my favorite," said the 6-foot, 190-pounder. "They're big-time football and SEC football. After them I like Virginia, Boston College and Virginia Tech. I have visits set with all of them."

Lane will trip to Tennessee on Nov. 8, Boston College on Nov. 15, Virginia on Dec. 6 and Virginia Tech on Dec. 13. He might set a fifth visit with either NC State or Michigan State but isn't sure yet.
"I don't know if I'll need that fifth," he said. "I'd like to decide before Christmas. Everyone but BC wants me for offense and I don't have a preference. I'll play wideout or cornerback as long as I play."
This past weekend Lane had 204 total yards including a 54-yard touchdown run in a win.
