Lake City DE has two vists set

Eric Thomas is the anchor for Lake City (Fla.) Columbia’s defensive. The 6-foot-2 and 235 pound defensive end has two official visits set up, and he’s in the process of setting up more trips. Recently, Rivals.com caught up him to find out the latest on his recruitment.
“I don't have any leaders right now,” Thomas said. “I probably will take all five of my visits before deciding.”

Right now, the Columbia high school senior has a visit set up to North Carolina on (1/10) and Tennessee on (1/17). He is also considering Florida State (offer), Ole Miss, Miami and South Florida (offer).
Last week Thomas was one of many prospects that took an unofficial visit to Tallahassee for the Florida/Florida State game.
“It was a very exciting game,” he said. “The Noles won so that made me happy."
Thomas has listed his childhood favorite (Florida State) high, but it looks light the Seminoles might be cooling on him a bit.
“I haven't talked to them in a while (Florida State),” Thomas, who had 10 sacks on the season, said. “They haven't called. I talked to them at the game but not much on the phone. They called once a while ago."
The Noles might be cooling on him but the Tennessee Volunteers seem to be turning up the heat on him by recently offering him a scholarship.
"They (Tennessee) are a good team, have a great coaching staff and have a pretty good school. All around it's a good program."
Thomas and Columbia teammates finished the regular season with only one loss in Class 4A competition. Last week, Lake City was eliminated in the third round of the playoffs by Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln, the same team that defeated them in the regular season.
