La Jolla safety plans to walk-on
After picking up a scholarship offer early from San Jose State, La Jolla, Calif., two-star safety/athlete Chris Jones looks like he's going to walk-on and earn a scholarship.
"I don't have any official visits planned," Jones said. "But I'm still getting calls from Utah, Stanford and UCLA. I think most of them want me to come as an invited walk-on."

Does anybody lead in the race to get him?
"I'm probably going to walk-on at Stanford," Jones said.
