L.A.-area athlete working on visit dates

Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft athlete Jason Haywood is continuing to wait for more attention, but he is working to set up a couple of visits for later on this month.
"I really haven't had a lot of stuff going on since the Christmas break started," the 6-foot-3, 170-pound Haywood said. "The coaches couldn't really call and it has been pretty slow for a while."

Haywood is going to be visiting with coaches from a couple of schools in the coming days.
"I talked to Idaho State and the coach is going to come down and see me and set up a trip," he said. "I'll get that done later on this week. I don't have any visits scheduled, but should soon. I'm talking to Washington State, too, about visiting."
Haywood currently holds scholarship offers from Oregon State, Washington State, Marshall and San Jose State.
"Hopefully, when I get some visits taken, I'll find the right place and I can commit and be done with this process."
