KU, CSU and NU offer Williams

Euless (Texas) Trinity safety Desmond Williams continues to add more scholarship offers to his list.
“Everything is going really good as far as recruiting goes,” the 6-foot-1, 200-pound Williams said. “I got a lot of calls from schools. And a few of them went ahead and offered.”

The list of schools included a few new ones including Colorado State, Kansas, Arizona State and Texas A&M.
“Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska have offered me now too.”
Despite the new offers, Williams continues to favor one school.
“LSU is still at the top of the list. I really like the campus and the football program. I think, from what I know about the program, it really fits me as a player the best.”
But, Arizona State has moved into the second slot.
“They are the second team on my list. I really want to get a look at them. I will probably try to get down there on an unofficial visit this summer some time so I can learn more about them.”
Williams doesn’t plan on making a decision anytime soon.
“I’m not necessarily looking at making an early choice,” he said. “I want to make the visits this fall and check out the places before making a decision. I want it to be the best place for me.”
