Krah is taking visits

Durham (N.C.) Hillside safety Myer Krah took an unofficial visit this past weekend to Georgia Tech. What did the 5-foot-11, 186-pounder think of his experience?
"It was cool," he said. "I went out with of my teammates, Derek Vereen and Zach Giles.

"It started with the scrimmage and the energy there was pretty cool. Then, we went around to see the weight room, locker room and I got to meet everyone one of the coaches. It felt kind of natural and I was a lot more comfortable with them especially Coach McCollum since I already knew him. We also talked with Todd Spencer who was really impressed with Derek Vereen's size."
Krah confirmed he is looking at heading to Georgia Tech for camp this summer. A few other visits are in mind as well.
"I'm trying to set up a visit to Virginia sometime. They seem really interested and hopefully I'll be able to make a camp," he said. "I'm going to Virginia Tech on May 8th for the Nike Camp. I'm hoping to go early and check out that campus as well and speak to their coaches.
"I may try to go to NC State for a one day camp too."
