Knox still looking for offers

Chase Knox is still without any offers so the San Diego (Calif.) Madison pro-style quarterback who had an outstanding junior season and looked good at the Stanford Elite 11 regional workout last weekend is constantly talking to college coaches and trying to figure out his summer schedule.
"Basically, I don't have any offers still so I'm talking to coaches constantly and trying to find out who has the most interest in me and then kind of going from there," Knox said.

"Whoever has the most interest in me I'm going to stay in contact with those schools and make them a priority because I want to go somewhere where I'm truly the No. 1 guy."
Arizona, Boise State and UCLA have been showing the most recent interest in Knox, a 6-foot-1, 188-pound recruit who threw for 2,596 yards with 30 touchdowns and five interceptions in his junior season.
Recently, Knox said Washington State, Oregon State, Colorado and Utah were also sending recruiting mail.
Knox, who also attended the Rivals.com Five-Star Academy at Corona (Calif.) Centennial, said he hopes spring practice can show some colleges coaches more of his ability.
Soon, he will sit down with his family to determine where he'll work out this summer in an attempt to start landing offers.
"Some schools have told me they'll come to our spring practices," Knox said. "After this weekend I'm going to sit down with my parents and talk about the schools we feel like are in the most contact with me and then go from there with summer camps and hit four or five of them.
"I'm still looking for that offer and I kind of expected that to be different but I'm just going with it. Until I get offers there aren't going to be any favorites."
