Knight favors three

Rashad Knight is a very good cornerback prospect from Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian Academy. Knight, 5-10.5 and 190 pounds, is athletic and very physical. So far he has scholarship offers from Illinois, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, BYU, and Syracuse. So far three school stand out for one of the top cornerback prospects from the Sunshine State.

"Illinois was the first to offer. "Coach (Dan) Dish coached my dad. He's real and he will talk to you about what's good and what's not good. I have not been up there but I plan on going up to Illinois next month.

"I also like Vanderbilt and FSU.

"Right now I am talking with Vandy. I like the coaches there and building a connection.

"I have been talking with FSU and I really like them. They liked my film and coach (Mickey) Andrews wants me at camp."

On the season Knight had 77 tackles and two interceptions. Knight plans on attending a practice at Florida State and wants to check out both Vandy and Illinois.
