Kitchens playing the field

Robinson, Texas quarterback Randy Kitchens has had his share of interest throughout the early part of the recruiting process. Yet, the standout signal caller is still looking for his first scholarship offer.
Kitchens, the 6-foot-2, 183-pounder, has a list of camps to hit up this summer and continues to watch the mail pour in. Could the first offer be around the corner?

"Well, I haven't gotten on yet, but I'm getting stuff from Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, UTEP, Kansas, Baylor, and a bunch of others," Kitchens said. "They're all about the same with interest. I can't really tell who may be the most interested or who may offer first."
Kitchens' camp plans will include all four Big 12 Texas schools. He recently returned from a satellite camp that Oklahoma State heled in Houston, Texas A&M was this past Friday, and Sunday will be Texas.
"I'm just trying to wait it out," Kitchens said. "I haven't made a decision on a favorite yet. I've got to look at everybody still."
The co-offensive MVP of the district is also spending time preparing for his senior season. You don't have to ask this quarterback if he's ready to get back out there.
"Oh yeah, myself and the team, we're ready to go," he said. "It's going to be a big year."
