Kicker expecting the offer

Ozark, Mo. kicker Nathan Stokes is expecting an offer at Missouri's summer camp.
"Missouri will probably offer at their kicking camp in July," the 6-foot-0, 170 pound punter/kicker said. "At the last one they had me stay after and do some kicking. They told me to come back to camp in July when they make their decision and to be prepared then."

Stokes acknowledges that Missouri is the favorite and recruiting the hardest.
However: "That's where (Missouri) I'd commit unless Arkansas offers, because I really like Arkansas too."
Stokes averaged 43.7 yards per punt and hit six of 10 field goal attempts with a long of 47 yards. The four he missed were all over 50 yard attempts. He has hit a 63 yarder in practice.
He was named first-team all-conference, first-team all-district and first-team all-area. He was also named to the All-Southwest Missouri Coaches Association team as both a punter and a kicker and first-team all-state as a punter.
