Keystone QB claims first offer

Quarterback D.J. Lenehan picked up his first offer last month from Temple. The Easton (Pa.) Wilson Area prospect continues to receive interest from the Owls along with a handful of other schools.
"I got the Temple offer about a month ago," he said. "I went to their junior day this spring and it seems like they want to compete. They have a whole new staff there that looks like they know what they are doing and I'm definitely interested.

"There are a lot of other schools showing an interest too including Delaware, James Madison, Boston College, Connecticut, Iowa and Louisville. I don't think I have any favorites because I have to still visit most of these schools."
With all the schools showing interest in him, what is Lenehan looking for out of a school?
"I'm really looking for a coaching staff I get along with, especially the quarterback coach," he said. "I want to go to a good environment and a place that features solid academics. I also want to be apart of a team that I can compete for playing time. To me location isn't that much of a priority because I'm good with change. If I had to I could go all the way out to Hawaii and be comfortable."
This summer the Keystone State quarterback plans to take in a few camps at Temple, Connecticut and Delaware. He's also considering ones to Iowa and Louisville too.
