Ketchel makes a decision

Fort Walton Beach (Fla.) Choctawhatchee tight end Andrew Ketchel has decided on playing his college football in the Big East.
The 6-foot-5, 215-poundere has committed to South Florida after visiting Tampa during the weekend.

"The visit went great and I made my decision. I'm going to (South Florida)," Ketchel said. "We looked at everything and I talked to a lot of the players and coaches. I had a great time touring the campus."
Ben Busbee was Ketchel's player host.
"He's a great guy," Ketchel said. "I met him before when I took an unofficial visit."
A meeting with Bulls head coach Jim Leavitt sealed the deal for Ketchel.
"He told me I was the only tight end they were bringing in this year and that I would have a chance to play right away," Ketchel said.
The facilities at USF also were impressive.
"They were excellent," he said.
Ketchel is South Florida's 15th verbal commitment for the class of 2006.
