Kentucky QB staying in state

Middlesboro (Ky.) dual-threat quarterback Trevor Hoskins has verbally committed to a Division I-AA in-state football program.
"I have verbally committed to play at Eastern Kentucky," Hoskins said. "They run the spread offense and I love to throw the ball. The visit went well back in December, so I decided to commit this weekend. EKU's coaches are pretty cool and the campus seems like a good place to be."

The 6-foot-2, 178-pound Hoskins says his decision is final.
"I'm done and I won't be going back on my commitment."
