Kemp planning to decide soon

Carlo Kemp took his third official visit over the weekend and it appears the recruiting process is winding down for the four-star defensive end.
The 6-foot-3, 250-pound prospect from Boulder (Colo.) Fairview didn't have to go very far for his latest stop, driving up the road to visit Colorado. He had taken trips to Michigan and Notre Dame earlier this season, and recently narrowed his focus to those three programs.

Following his behind-the-scenes look at the Buffaloes, the Rivals250 member said he is antsy to sort through everything and arrive at a choice.

IN HIS WORDS: "It was awesome; the Colorado coaches rolled out the red carpet," Kemp told Rivals.com. "They are a first-class university. As well as I like CU, Michigan and Notre Dame are neck and neck, I would say.
"I really like both those schools. I don't have any other visits planned. If I do try to get one or two more in they would have to come quick. I don't want to take those in November. I really don't want to drag this out any longer. Hopefully I can make a decision in the next couple weeks coming up or after my season is over. I'm looking at everything. The biggest things are where can I get the best of both worlds, academically and athletically."
WHAT'S NEXT?: Kemp intended to officially visit his fourth finalist, UCLA, but he said he's not sure if that would happen by the end of the month. He is an early enrollee so he's set a few deadlines for himself so he can be prepared and sign his financial aid agreement. Fairview has two regular season games remaining, wrapping up the schedule on Oct. 30, before the start of playoffs.
