"Penn State and Delaware are the other two schools I'm looking at. All four have offered. Penn State offered two weeks ago when I went to their game against Akron."
Asked when he would select a college, Kelly said, "I'm not sure right now. That's still up in the air. I don't have a favorite."
The 5-foot-9 and 175 pound Kelly made seven of 13 field goals and 25 of 25 extra points during his junior season. His longest field goal was from 52 yards. Kelly is three of three on field goals and eight of eight on extra points through the first two games of his senior season.
Kelly is the No. 20 kicking prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings.
