Kelly looking forward to PSU career

Langhorne (Pa.) Neshaminy kicker and Penn State commitment Kevin Kelly is eagerly anticipating his football career at the next level.
"The Penn State coaches said when I get there I'll have the chance to compete for the starting job," Kelly said.
"Their kicker is graduating. They have a walk-on that will be a sophomore. I'll compete against him.
"Playing as a freshman or redshirting, both have good sides. But I guess playing would be good. I'm looking forward to it."
The 5-foot-9 and 175 pound Kelly made 58 of 58 extra points during his senior season and 10 of 17 field goals. His long field goal came from 43 yards. Kelly is the No. 12 kicker in the Rivals.com player rankings.
