Kelley starts to take visits

Running back Dontrewell Kelley is in the midst of unofficial visits. The 5-foot-10, 174-pounder has taken one so far and has plans to go on a couple more in the near future.
"I just went on a visit to Temple when they played Buffalo," he said. "I'm supposed to go on two more visits to Maryland and probably back to Temple.

"I liked Temple a lot. It reminded me of home because of the city. I liked the fans there too."
The Suitland, Md. prospect continues to hold one offer from Syracuse. Is he starting to plan officials yet?
"I'm going to take all my official visits after the season," he said. "Syracuse is still in touch and they're cool. They told me don't rush, to take my time and I'll take my official up there then."
On the football front, Kelley has helped his team to a 6-1 record.
"I just had 107-yards and one touchdown this past game," he said. "Most likely we're going to the playoffs.
"I'm doing well. Right now I have 11 touchdowns and three interceptions on defense. My speed is better. I've gotten way faster and the coaches are using me more in the slot too."
